Inspect Before You Take It

Every part is tested and inspected together with you at the point of sale or pickup. What you collect is what you have confirmed working — so there are no surprises later. We encourage you to check fit, condition and function before you leave or before delivery is accepted.

Returns Policy

  • All sales are final once an item has been inspected and collected or once delivery has been accepted.
  • Faulty on arrival: must be reported the same day, with the item unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. We verify the fault; if confirmed genuine, we replace the item or refund it.
  • Wrong item ordered by the buyer: an exchange may be considered the same day only, if the item is unused and unopened. Return logistics and costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Fairly-used appliances are sold as-inspected after joint testing and are a final sale.
  • Items that have been installed, fitted, powered, modified or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Warranty & Guarantee

Parts are sold as tested at the point of sale. We do not offer an open-ended warranty, and any cover ends once an item is installed or put into use.

Not covered:

  • Misuse, incorrect installation or fitting by the buyer or a third party.
  • Electrical surge, unstable power, or generator/inverter faults.
  • Normal wear and tear, water damage, or physical damage after collection.
  • Tampering, repainting, or removal/alteration of identifying marks.
