Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms govern every quotation, order and sale made by 360 Value Hub ("we", "us", "our") to any buyer ("you"). By placing an order with us — by WhatsApp, by phone, through our website, or in person at our stalls — you accept these terms. They apply in place of any purchase terms of your own, whether or not those were issued after these.
We trade in replacement appliance parts and fairly-used appliances, primarily to repair shops, technicians and resellers. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Quotations and prices
- We do not publish prices. Prices are given by quotation on request.
- Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless we state otherwise in writing. After that period we may re-quote to reflect current supplier and exchange-rate conditions.
- A quotation is an invitation to order. It does not create a contract until we confirm your order.
- Quoted prices are for the items and quantities stated. Delivery is charged separately and confirmed before dispatch.
- Wholesale and bulk pricing is agreed by quotation first. Send your list on WhatsApp and we reply within 24 hours.
2. Orders and availability
- An order is accepted only once we confirm it to you directly. Stock is not reserved by a quotation alone.
- All items are subject to availability. Where an item is unavailable we will offer an equivalent or withdraw it from the order without further liability.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you order — part type, specification, quantity and the appliance it is intended for. We can advise on fitment, but any advice is given in good faith and does not transfer that responsibility to us.
3. Payment
- We accept bank transfer, POS (card on pickup), mobile money and cash on pickup. We do not offer cash on delivery.
- Pay only into an account we confirm to you directly for your order. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account you have not verified with us. We accept no responsibility for any payment made to an account we did not confirm.
- Payment is due in full before collection or dispatch unless we have agreed credit terms in writing.
- Ownership of goods passes to you only on receipt of payment in full. Risk passes earlier, as set out in section 5.
4. Inspection before you take the goods
This is the core of how we trade, and it protects both sides.
- Every item is tested and inspected together with you at the point of sale or pickup.
- You are responsible for checking fit, condition and function before you leave, or before you accept delivery.
- What you collect is what you have confirmed. Goods are sold as inspected.
- Where you choose to have goods delivered rather than inspect them in person, you accept them on the basis of the description and photographs provided, and section 5 applies.
5. Collection, delivery and risk
- Risk in the goods passes to you on collection, or where we arrange delivery, at the moment the goods are handed to the courier.
- Where we arrange delivery we do so as your agent and at your cost. The courier is engaged on your behalf. We are not a carrier and we do not insure goods in transit.
- We are not liable for loss of, delay to, or damage to goods after risk has passed — including loss in transit, theft, mishandling by the courier, or non-delivery. Any claim of that kind lies against the courier, and we will give you reasonable assistance and documentation to bring it.
- Delivery timescales are estimates. We aim to ship within 48 hours; this is a target, not a guarantee, and we are not liable for delay.
- Delivery fees are confirmed upfront and are payable by you.
6. Returns
Our full returns policy is set out at Returns & Warranty and forms part of these terms. In summary:
- All sales are final once an item has been inspected and collected, or once delivery has been accepted.
- Faulty on arrival must be reported the same day, with the item unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. We verify the fault; if confirmed genuine, we replace or refund it.
- Wrong item ordered by you: an exchange may be considered the same day only, if the item is unused and unopened. Return logistics and costs are your responsibility.
- Items that have been installed, fitted, powered, modified or tampered with are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- Claims must be raised on WhatsApp at +234 706 230 4273 the same day, with order details and a clear photo or short video of the issue.
7. Warranty
- Parts are sold as tested at the point of sale. We do not offer an open-ended warranty.
- Any cover ends once an item is installed or put into use.
- We give no warranty, express or implied, as to merchantability, satisfactory quality, durability, or fitness for any particular purpose, beyond what is stated here and in our returns policy and beyond what cannot lawfully be excluded.
- We do not cover: misuse; incorrect installation or fitting by you or a third party; electrical surge, unstable power, or generator or inverter faults; normal wear and tear; water or physical damage after collection; tampering, repainting, or removal or alteration of identifying marks.
8. Fairly-used appliances
- Fairly-used appliances are second-hand goods sold as-inspected after joint testing, as a final sale.
- They carry no warranty of any kind and are not returnable.
- Cosmetic marks, wear and cosmetic imperfection are expected and are not defects.
9. Fitting and use
- Our parts are intended to be fitted by a competent technician. You are responsible for ensuring that whoever fits them is competent to do so.
- You are responsible for confirming that a part is correct for the appliance before it is fitted. Once a part is fitted it cannot be returned.
- We are not responsible for the work of any technician, whether or not we referred you to them.
10. Limitation of liability
This section limits what we can be held responsible for. Please read it carefully.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item giving rise to that claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever, including but not limited to: loss of profit; loss of business, contracts or goodwill; loss of time; the cost of third-party labour; damage to the appliance a part was fitted to; damage to any other property; or losses suffered by your own customers.
- We are not liable for loss of or damage to goods after risk has passed to you under section 5.
- We are not liable for any loss arising from your own or a third party's incorrect fitting, diagnosis, selection or use of an item.
- Each of these limitations applies separately. If any one of them is found to be unenforceable, the others continue to apply in full.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law.
11. Circumstances outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier failure, import or customs delay, currency restriction, power or network failure, civil disruption, or action by any authority.
12. General
- No variation of these terms is binding unless confirmed by us in writing. Nothing said in conversation varies these terms.
- Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it.
- If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- We may update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. We ask that you contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by conversation.
